Our fundamental Human Resources policy is to employ the most qualified, talented, and efficient personnel at all levels of the organization. The main objectives of the human resources policy are to ensure that the planning, selection, recruitment, assignment, personnel administration, salary management, training planning, performance management, and career management of the human resources that will enable our company to carry out its activities effectively and efficiently align with the company's mission and vision.

The basic principles of the personnel policy are:

1. Hiring suitable candidates for the position in line with the company's objectives and strategic goals,
2. Employing personnel at the optimum level,
3. Organizing training and development programs to enhance the competence and productivity of the personnel,
4. Protecting the workplace and work-related rights of employees by providing fair and equal opportunities to all employees,
5. Taking measures within the company to increase productivity and encourage work by ensuring that all employees benefit equally from social services and assistance,
6. Keeping employees informed in a timely manner about matters concerning them and improving communication methods and facilities within the company to facilitate the transmission of employees' views and criticisms to management,
7. Encouraging employees to succeed and rewarding successful employees,
8. Ensuring that employees adopt the corporate culture,
9. Defining, regulating, and improving the responsibilities, work discipline, attitudes, and behaviors required by the employee's position,
10. Taking measures for Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace and creating awareness about environmental consciousness.

Recruitment Process

Our company's employees are subject to the provisions of the Labor Law No. 4857, the Trade Unions and Collective Labor Agreements Law No. 6356, and the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510.

In the case of a personnel requirement, suitable candidates selected from the applicants are invited for an interview. If the interview results are positive, the Human Resources Directorate initiates the employment process.

Salary Management Employees' salaries are paid monthly. Annual salary increase rates are determined by the Board of Directors based on position and performance approval.

In addition, transportation services are provided within certain locations for employees, and if the location is not suitable, a monthly transportation allowance is provided. Meal expenses are covered by our company for employees. Additionally, social benefits that enhance employee satisfaction are provided.

In general, the rights provided to employees and the responsibilities of employees through the Human Resources Policy are safeguarded by the Human Resources Regulation.

Competency Development, Training, and Development

The training process for newly joined or position-changed personnel in the Boğaziçi Management family begins with orientation training. This training aims to inform the personnel about the company's activities and general structure, learn about the working methods related to the workplace and duties, and accelerate the adaptation process.

One of Boğaziçi Management Inc.'s Human Resources Policies is to provide training to develop and improve the profession of employees. Therefore, every level of employee in Boğaziçi Management Inc. closely monitors the development of their subordinates in their profession. Trainings at Boğaziçi Management Inc. are planned annually and are categorized under the following headings:
