The IBB Youth Office is located in the former 4th Tower, now named Dolmabahçe Clock Tower at the Grand Istanbul Bus Terminal. The office organizes courses and seminar programs aimed at the education, personal development, and employment of young people aged 15-29. Besides young people from the bus terminal and its surroundings, those coming to Istanbul also are welcomed at the Guest Student Office, where they are provided with guidance services such as transportation, accommodation, food and beverages, and cultural tours. In addition to a computer training room, art workshops, a library, and classrooms, the office also features a theater stage and play areas.
